    Job Description:
    Financial Manager
    My client that’s based in the Midrand/Pretoria area, is currently looking for an experienced Financial Manager to fill a growth opportunity in the organisation. The successful candidate must understand the periodic analysis of operations performance, operational reviews, identify and improve operational costs, as well as monthly and annual budgeting and forecasting.

    Job & Company Description:

    Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to Managerial staff.
    Maintain a good financial health standing of the company.
    Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results compared to the company budget
    Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reductiuons
    Monthly and annual cash forecasting
    Manage the preparation of the c ompany’s budget and presenting it to top management.
    Manage the Finance department and design a framework of goals that need to be met.
    Monthly management and preperations of fixed asset register
    Mid year and end year preperations of financial packs
    Calculations of provisional income tax
    Monthly submissions to payroll
    Preperations of bonuses and annual increases
    Daily authorization of payments

    Job Experience & Skills Required:

    Excellent command of English, communication and interpersonal skills
    5 year’s minimum experience as a Financial Manager
    Tertiary level qualification in a related financial field is compulsory (degree minimum)
    Must have managed a minimum of 5 employees
    Standard knowledge of IFRS
    Pastel evolution experience
    Advanced Microsoft computer skills
    Strong attention to detail and analytical
    Meeting deadlines
    Valid drivers licence
    Own reliable car
