    FMCG National Sales Manager Cape Town

    Well Established Coffee and Tea Importers, Manufacturers Distributors Solutions concern is looking for a National Sales Manager based in Cape Town. The ideal Candidate needs to have 8-10 years FMCG Food & Beverage products National Sales Management experience.

    Salary – Negotiable plus benefits, commission, incentives and allowances – TO BE DISCUSSED

    Qualification & Skills:
    • Grade 12
    • Sales and Marketing Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification
    • 8 -10 years sales experience,
    • 5+ years in a senior / regional sales management position within a target driven environment
    • FMCG Food & Beverages Sales Management experience.
    • Must have Corporate Company dealings (Not Retailers)
    • Must have Wholesale Company Experience.
    • Contract Negotiations Experience
    • Sales Management experience in leading a Diverse Sales Team
    • Target, Reporting and Business Driven

    Key Job Responsibilities:
    • Manage and lead sales team Nationally, multiple branches
    • Manage Sales to Corporates, Online and other channels
    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy with Directors and other stakeholders
    • Increase customers and key accounts re New Business Development focus.
    • Budgeting, Sales and Progress Reporting
    • Business Review Process
    • Assist to Develop, implement and achieve the National, Regional monthly and annual sales objectives in accordance with the overall strategic plan.
    • Ensure profitable growth of the customer base by offering competitive advantage, innovation and impeccable service
    • Identify and deliver new business opportunities.
    • Understand the customer’s business, strategy and operations and the role of the products.
    • Define an account strategy for each key account and general customer.
    • Maintain strong and regular relationships with customer contacts.
    • Manage all aspects of supply and demand with the allocated accounts
    • Identify new sales opportunities outside of the existing customer base.
    • Be the primary contact for customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Develop the Team and ensure conducting of regular Business Reviews with key customers
