  • • The candidate must be competent in MS Office and Pastel, with advanced Excel skills(Essential), and be competent with figure work.
    • Computer literate.
    • Free training provided.
    • Candidate will be responsible for obtaining pricing, preparing quotations, placing orders and ensuring delivery to site timeously, invoicing, wages, day to day office management.
    • Duties will also include answering phones and screening calls, following up with customers and suppliers, organising meetings, arranging travel, managing records and monitoring expenses.
    • Traditional office duties such as typing of correspondence, filing, copying, scanning, etc are also to be performed.
    • The minimum requirement is a Matric certificate or the equivalent.
    • Grade 10-12.
