    Currently, we are looking for an eager and professional full time Front Desk Receptionist to assist in keeping the frontend of business running smoothly by answering inquiries, obtaining information from the general public, customers, visitors and to support our clinical team.

    HOURS Full Time Monday Friday 900am 530pm

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Greet visitors
    Verify and prepare insurance information
    Provide customer service
    Answer phones
    Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
    Organize and scan paper and electronic files
    Open mail
    Perform various clerical and administrative functions to support operations
    Assist in opening andor closing responsibilities
    Filing Medical REcords electrocnically
    Other tasks as assigned
    Must be willing to travel between Williamsville and Niagara Falls locations
    REQUIREMENTS
    The best fit candidate for this role will have experience with customer service and posses a strong work ethic. Additionally, the following skills are required

    Multitasking
    Telephone Computer
    Outstanding communication skills
    Time Management
    Organization
    Attention to Detail
    Scheduling
