  • KEY PERFORMANCE AREA 1 SPEED AND DRIVER ERROR - FINE REDIRECTION

    • Ensure that all fines are redirected within 30 days after receipt of the fine to the correct department with the specific AARTO requirements ensure that C Number is logged on the System for the fine;

    • Ensure that a receipt date stamp is on each fine;

    • Ensure that all fines received are redirected to the correct driver (Mix Telematics Tag Report is attached)

    • Ensure that redirection letter and track and trace (showing delivered) is done and loaded on C System;

    • Manage reports as well as warrants and summonses;

    • Coordinate Court Appointments;

    • Assist in finalizing C numbers on the system with redirection;

    • Measure speed fines, report on fines received and redirected in the different zones;

    • Report Weekly on fines redirected send standby driver once a week to post registered letters.

    • File all fines according to the Filing system;

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREA 2: UN-ROADWORTHY – OVERLOADING FINES

    • Ensure that these fines has a received date stamp;

    • Ensure that the correct procedures are followed –

    • Ensure that the correct proof is attached to the representation letter;

    • Ensure that the representation letter is received by the traffic department before the payment date expires;

    • Ensure that a C-Number is opened and closed after completion of fine;

    • Ensure that you follow up on the representation letter before payment date expires;

    • Manage payment on the Move system should there be merits for the fine to be paid;

    • Coordinate reports on outstanding fines weekly;

    • Coordinate standby driver to pay these fines every Friday close on move and provide slips to finance;

    • Assist in filing payments as well as fines;

    • Measure and report on fines in areas as well as reasons for fines;

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREA 3: CBRTA FINES (CROSS BORDER)

    • Ensure that the fines has a received date stamp;

    • Ensure that the investigation is done and attached to the fine;

    • Ensure that a C-Number is opened and closed after completion of fine;

    • Ensure that Mr. Esterhuyse gets the court date 1 week in advance should the fine need to be represented in Court;

    • Ensure that representation letter is send out within a week of fine received;

    • Ensure that follow up has been done 1 week before court date should you not have received feedback from the Court in question;

    • Manage payments of these fines according to Budget Lines;

    • Coordinate time and drivers to pay these fines;

    • Assist in keeping Court File up to date;

    • Measure and report on fines weekly;

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREA 4: ADMINISTRATION

    • Ensure that all files are kept up to date;

    • Manage payments and budget lines for the fines

    • Coordinate Court dates and files;

    • Assist in keeping filing systems up to date;

    • Measure and report weekly on all aspects;

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREA 5: SYSTEMS

    • Ensure that you have knowledge of policies with regards to speed and fines;

    • Manage time efficiently;

    • Coordinate dairies;

    RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Have a proficient knowledge of the company, its divisions, associates, people, products, service and website.

    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

    • Must be willing to assist in general administrative duties.

    • Enjoy working independently as well as be part of a team.

    • Assist fellow colleagues in the daily running of company related tasks.

    • Be focused on providing work of an extremely high quality.

    • Show ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

    • Very good organizational skills.

    • Attention to Detail when typing and redirecting;
