  • Looking for a General Manager for a lodge near Lephalale
    Salary: Negotiable, live -in for a single person. Position will start as 3 months’ contract.
    Requirements:
    Must have Grade 12 with a qualification in Hotel Management
    In depth knowledge of each department required
    Must have at least 5-8 years’ experience in management of large 4/5 Star Hotel / Game Lodges
    Highly computer literate and familiar with hotel systems (Opera, Micros, Pilot etc)
    Proficiency in financial reports and stock controls
    Thorough knowledge of staff management and labor legislation
    Must be a team player with strong leadership and organisational skills
    Must have an eye for detail
    Aptitude for decision making and problem solving
    Extensive guest relations, guest interaction
    All-rounder - food/beverage/housekeeping/front office
    Hands on attitude
    Leader / Strong team player
    Oversees daily operations of the Hotel
    Ensure the HOD's complying with department guidelines
