  • One of South Africa’s fast growing boutique casual dining restaurants have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join their fun team in Johannesburg. If you are a General Manager looking for an exciting new challenge, keep reading!
    Your key job responsibilities as the General Manager in Johannesburg will include:
    - Managing of all Staff, FOH and BOH
    - All store Administration
    - Ensure the store is maintained
    - Setting operating goals and objectives
    - Co-ordinate restaurant operations
    - Interact with customers
    - Make sure that staff are adhering to policy and procedures
    - Food and Beverage stock control and ordering
    - Food and Beverage variances
    - Ensure adherence to BOH and FOH procedures
    - Minimize waste for food and beverages
    - Plan and monitor restaurant sales and revenue
    - Innovative operating improvements
    Requirements for this General Manager job in Johannesburg:
    - 3 years’ minimum experience in the industry
    - Hours of work; as per an agreed roster, but not limited to, which might change from time to time due to operational requirements of the store
    - Leave will be 3 weeks per year (15 working days)
    - Must be able to keep current with trends in the restaurant industry
