    Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
    Developing positive relationships and handling client’s needs
    Managing customer relationships and new sales
    Act as the point of contact and handle clients’ individual needs
    Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
    Supervise accounts
    Report on the status of accounts and transactions
    Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
    Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
    Deliver sales presentations and proposals to executive levels and boards of directors;
    Revenue and Margin Growth
    Develop and implement plans to increase net sales revenue across
    Identification and mitigation of risks and issues – lack of delivery, lack of client response, proposals, research papers etc
