    Must have previous experience in a similar 5* environment and a clear understanding of a lodge kitchen. Must have held the position of Head Chef previously and worked at a lodge. Matric with tertiary culinary qualification; excellent communication skills and excellent management skills. Able to work in an isolated environment. It is important that you have an in-depth knowledge of the 5*, fine dining lodge environment with a creative flair. Will be responsible for menu planning; staff monthly rostering; disciplinary actions; stock ordering and control; cost and price controlling and staff training. Will also take full responsibility for the kitchen equipment. Single live in position with accommodation offered onsite.
