Home Loan Consultant Cape Town

Our well-established client is looking for a Home Loan Consultant with at least 3+ years of experience. Must have worked at one of the Banks in the Home Loans department.

Salary: Market Related

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (NQF 4)

• Computer Literacy

• 3+ years experience as a Home Loan Consultant

• 5+ years experience working at one of the banks in the Home Loans department.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Maintain good internal and external client relationships

Key Duties:

• Qualifying clients according to bank guidelines

• Reviewing client’s credit reports, income and expenses, and bank statements

• Following up on outstanding information or documentation

• Compiling and completing all the necessary documents required by banks

• Interviewing the client to obtain the necessary documents

• Provide continuous feedback to the client
