Key Responsibilities :

Serve food or beverages to patrons and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required

Collect payments from guests

Write guest food orders on slip memorize orders and enter orders into Micros

Take food orders for food or beverages

Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems

Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes

Check correct payments from guests

Write patron’s food orders on order slips memorize orders or enter into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff

Remove dishes and glasses from the tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning

Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items m making recommendations upon request

Perform preparation duties such as brewing coffee

Stock services areas with suppliers as coffee food tableware and linens

Fill salt pepper sugar and napkin containers

Assist in the different Food and Beverage and Meeting and Events outlets we have available in the hotel.
