  • Job Description

    Effective recruitment, selection and administration
    Schedule and co-ordinate interviews
    As required, drawing up letters addressing all HR related information
    Liaise with line to co-ordinate induction and training for new hires
    Supporting the finance department by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks
    Completion of basic bookkeeping and accounting duties under supervision
    Managing day-to-day transactions
    Maintains historical records by filing documents
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    Perform other related duties as assigned
    Ability to think strategically and analytically
    Aptitude in problem solving
    Monitoring of marketing projects and analysing of results
    Liaise with marketing department and external vendors
    Market research
    Requirements

    · 5 YEARS minimum experience in a similar role

    · Diploma in HR non negotiable

    · Certification / working experience in pastel accounting will be an added advantage

    · CCMA cheering experience non negotiable
