  • Description

  • Your role will be to manage all HR and administration aspects of the lodge,
    with focus on the staff wellbeing, promoting the company Purpose & Values,
    maintaining the “at home” personal attention levels and supporting the
    efficient, effective and professional management of all departments. Key
    Focus Areas: Drive and monitor correct processes relating to counselling,
    disciplinary/grievance procedures and annual negotiations Recording,
    monitoring and reporting leave and overtime HR administrative
    documentation Induction and exit processes Health & Safety and security
    procedures Assist in the review of department structures Secretary for EE
    Committee Administration of training programs for staff Oversee recruitment
    and interviewing processes Staff and Community Liaison Payroll
    management Maintenance of discipline. Requirements: Grade 12/ NQF Level
    4 (essential) Formal HR qualification – Diploma/Degree 3-5 years’
    experience in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    – written and verbal Working knowledge of SA legislation: BCEA; EEA; LRA;
    SDA Ability to work accurately under pressure High numeric ability
    Experience with payroll administration.
