  • Description

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

    Matric / Grade 12.
    At least 3 years working experience with EOH Time Genius (Blick).
    Experience with a Labour Broker’s payroll is advantageous.
    Advanced Excel experience – essential.
    Exposure to all HR processes is advantageous.
    Start ASAP.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Generating weekly timesheets.
    Importing work hours generated on EOH Time Genius, into an Excel format.
    Verification of hours worked, for wages and salaries.
    Completes the normal take on and on boarding process.
    Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports.
    Handles all payroll related queries.
    Monitors the take on process of all wage staff.
    Involved in the recruitment of staff using various interventions.
    Involvement in various HR related projects, and travel bookings.
