  • As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

    * Managing the new starter process from offer letter and contract through to joining instructions and booking induction

    * Entering and updating employee data onto the system and ensuring accurate records are maintained

    * Providing data for and preparing management information reports as required

    * Liaising with payroll regarding new starters / leavers and other payroll-related activities

    * Managing the absence recording system with Accounting

    * Managing the holiday recording system

    * Recording and administering maternity and paternity leave

    * Administering the probationary review periods

    * Ensuring 'Right to Work' documents are received before employee's start date and a robust system is in place for checking expiry dates of visas/work permits

    * Contributing to various ad hoc HR projects

    * Providing general HR administrative support to team

  • Minumun level of education: Diploma /Bachelor's/ N6
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
