  • BASED: Centurion
    SALARY: CTC R15,000 p/m
    CONTRACT TYPE: 12-month fixed term (with a 3-month probationary period)
    START DATE: 22nd Feb 2021
    REPORTING TO: HR DIRECTOR

    Looking for a seasoned HR Administrator/HR Officer, ideally residing in Centurion to provide Administrative & Generalist HR support within a HR Consultancy company.
    You will be required to travel to client sites as a minimum of 2 days a week – as well as; as and when required.
    You will require your personal and reliable laptop with a strong internet connection at all times (as you can work from home on days that you are not required to go to clients. Thus, a self-driven, responsible and mature individual is required for this role – who can work independently and get things done with a quick turnaround time.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
    • Matric
    • HR Diploma/HR degree
    • Experience working on SAGE

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    • Strong excel skills
    • Good power point skills
    • Strong administration skills
    • Strong co-ordination skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Self-driven & ability to work independently
    • Strong communication skills
    • Pro-active
    • 2-3 years’ experience as a HR administrator/HR officer
    • Must be able to multi task
    • Deadline driven
    • Experience working on G drive

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Offer on-site HR support to clients – as and when required
    • Offer weekly on-site client HR support (minimum 2 days a week) in Centurion and possibly at other clients as and when required
    • Update various HR reports in excel
    • Offer admin support on SAGE for leave
    • Management of electronic employee files
    • Engage with & the administration of admin for benefit providers, the payroll provider, universities etc
    • Submit accurate medical aid and group risk changes to Benefit providers by 13th monthly
    • Compile accurate information to above providers
    • Updating of payroll changes in required templates & Capture payroll updates on excel
    • Submit accurate monthly payroll to HR Director for sign off by 15th monthly
    • Assist with graduate recruitment & graduate program
    • Resolve day-day client’s staff related queries
    • Experience in creating HR related surveys
    • Ability to compile ppt presentations
    • Must research HR trends, HR online tools and make recommendations on latest trends
    • Experience in creating, sharing and working with docs on G drive
    • Offer overall admin & HR support
