  • This role is suitable for candidates who have a stable track record and live close to our Head Office in Aeroton. Salary expectation is R11,500 – R15,000 monthly.
    The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide human resource and payroll support, as well as contribute to the long-term development of the HR function.
    Responsibilities
    ● Accuracy and completeness of records and documentation for all employees.
    ● Provide full recruitment and exit administration processes.
    ● Full IR function in terms of grievance and disciplinary procedures, as well as CCMA matters.
    ● All administration as it pertains to employees.
    ● Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers regarding company policies and procedures.
    ● Full payroll function on VIP Classic and Premier (weekly and monthly).
    ● Ensure all 3rd party payments are processed correctly and timeously.
    ● Assist managers and staff with payroll queries.
    ● Assist auditors with payroll queries.
    ● Prepare tax submission file for annual and bi-annual submission.
    ● Provide monthly MIS as required.
    Education, Experience and Skills Requirements:
    ● Matric
    ● Relevant HR qualification very advantageous.
    ● At least three years’ experience required, preferably with VIP Payroll.
    ● Displays a positive, constructive and helpful demeanour.
    ● Own transport with a valid driver’s licence.
    ● Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices.
    ● Strong administrative and organisation skills.
    ● Huge focus on attention to detail.
    ● Highly efficient and accurate.
