    Key Accountabilities and Outputs

    BCEA and related legislation knowledge,
    IR Knowledge, TAX (PAYE) Knowledge
    Employment Equity reporting
    Quarterly stats (StatsSa)
    Recruitment experience
    Administer Wages and salaries on Excel and VIP
    Leave administration
    Checking of employee clocking’s, absentees and input of leave on Jarrison Time systems
    Keeping employee file up to date
    Follow up on leave and overtime forms from supervisors
    Weekly spreadsheets to be done for the furniture bargaining council
    General office duties
    Requirements:

    Attention to detail
    The ability to cope with a diversity of tasks in a high- pressured environment
    The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
    Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills, demonstrable organizational abilities.
    Systematic Approach/Readiness to learn/Reliability/Stability
    Grade 12 must provide proof of certificate with application
    Sound Accounting Principles
    VIP payroll Classic or Premier experience essential
    Jarrison time system experience essential
    At least one or more years’ experience in a similar role
    Strong administrative skills
    Highly computer literate in Microsoft Excel
