  • HR Consultant
    Responsibilities
    ● Assist with HR audits to understand HR strengths and opportunities.
    ● Assess existing HR policies and processes and make recommendations.
    ● Guide clients to create and maintain a structured working environment.
    ● Train and develop Leaders, Managers and talent.
    ● Assist with the development of employee value propositions.
    ● Assist with the development and implementation of HR metrics and reporting tools.
    ● Advise on legal HR compliance.
    ● Provide sound and accurate advice on all HR issues.
    ● Participate in the design, training and facilitation of skills programmes.
    ● Develop WSP’s and ATR’S on behalf of clients.
    ● Evaluate jobs and create competency profiles.
    ● Select assessment battery based on job profiles, clients expectations and/or competency profiles.
    ● Design competency based assessments inclusive of exercises and/or alternative assessment tools.
    ● Prepare quotations to clients based on requests.
    ● Administer, score and analyse assessment results.
    ● Write reports for recruitment and selection, development and promotional purposes.
    ● Provide feedback to candidates and Hiring Managers.
    ● Participate in national assessment projects.
    ● Participate in national research and continuous development of assessment solution.
    ● Participate in the diagnostic phase of OD interventions and help develop OD structures for clients to ensure operational efficiencies.
    ● Run structured focus groups.
    ● Assist in the design and implementation of customised performance management systems.
    ● Train Managers and employees on monitoring and measuring performance.
    ● Advise clients on all aspects of labour legislation.
    ● Assist and advise on collective bargaining matters.
    ● Skill line management on all aspects of ER.
    Experience

    ● 5 years’ experience as HR Consultant or HR Manager.
    ● Experience in all aspects of HR.
    ● Experience in a cross section of industries.
    ● Report writing and presentations to middle management levels.
    ● Matric.
    ● Degree in Psychology or Social Sciences.
    ● Honours or Post Graduate Qualification in HR preferred or Industrial Psychology.
    ● Registered with SABPP.
    ● Registered with HPCSA (non-negotiable).
