  • HR Consultant
    KEY DIALS:
    1. Execution of Human Resources Strategy
    2. Manage talent supply and retention
    3. Implement and manage Performance and people effectiveness processes and initiatives in collaboration with Line Management
    4. Identify and partner with succession/ leadership candidates to ensure the supply of fit for purpose leaders
    5. Act as a change agent for change initiatives and as catalyst to drive organisational development initiatives
    6. Ensure quality transactional Human Resources practices
    Minimum qualification relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
    Required Experience 1- 3 years experience in Human Resources
