    Our client is based in the Northern Suburbs and is seeking a HR Coordinator for a 7 month contract period.
    (Please note this is not a general admin role)
    Corporate experience will be advantageous.
    Here is a list of some of the duties
    Proof reading and posting of job adverts
    Manually uploading CV’s onto the online recruitment system
    Liaising with recruitment agencies
    Arranging/setting up of interviews
    Conduct due diligence verification checks on candidates (i.e. criminal, credit, qualification, references etc.)
    Arrange psychometric assessments
    Request paycodes/employee numbers via the payroll team
    Compiling HR welcome packs for new employees
    Set up a meetings with new employees to take them through the HR Welcome pack
    Assist with sending out communication regarding new starters
    Update and distribution of new employee advise list to staff movements
    Assist with the coordination of inductions (HR On-boarding & Cluster induction, Group Orientation, Investments Induction)
    Assist with coordinating and facilitating HR On-boarding for new employees
    Submission of new employee paperwork for payroll
