     Relevant degree
     8 years’ experience in HRM
     Deep knowledge of HR practices, processes, labour legislation and people
     A proven track record in HR Management
     Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone with individuals at all levels
     Ability to research, analyse and interpret complex information and produce clear verbal and written professional reports
     Contribute to the retention and attraction of talented employees through proactive management of employment practices, labour relations, employee engagement, performance and career management including the development and deepening of employee relationships, insights and servicing.
     Contribute to the building of an organisational brand and reputation as an employer of choice with an EVP.
     Optimise organisational delivery by maintaining a critical mass of competent people whilst ensuring best fit appointments through the utilisation of appropriate recruitment and selection processes and the management thereof.
     Ensure that individual, team and operational performance is at an optimal level through the collation and processing of performance management and enhancement processes and methodologies.
     Ensure staff are informed and well educated about the utilisation of and management of their benefits as it relates to Retirement and Risk as well as Medical Aid.
     Provide support and advice to enhance employee and line management interface in relation to the consistent and fair management and application of all labour relations legislation, processes and issues including co-ordinating relevant IR processes.
     Ensure successful integration of employees through the application and maintenance of best practice orientation, probation and transition management processes.
     Establish and maintain appropriate policies, processes and procedures relating to all aspects of HR management including updating policy manuals.
     Enhance employee engagement through the communication of relevant HR and other management communication.
     Support the delivery of the company‘s transformation agenda in relation to overall compliance to EE legislation and code of good practice processes and procedures.
     Create a highly visible and positive experience and atmosphere through the professional engagement with both internal and external contacts including dealing with enquiries in a courteous and timeous manner.
     Proactively ensure compliance to all relevant legislative and company requirements as it pertains to people related matters and including all activities in the area of responsibility
