  • Minimum Requirements:

    Matric.
    Human Resources Degree or equivalent.
    At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
    Understand HR and Admin processes.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    HR Duties:

    Responsible for new employee onboarding.
    Assist the Production Manager with leave and overtime of employees.
    Updating and maintaining HR records.
    Responsible for the exit interview of candidates.
    Assist the Department Managers and Operational Director with the maintenance of KPI’s.
    Export Duties:

    Receive orders from export clients.
    Responsible to maintain and compile export files.
    Responsible for Internal and external suppliers (information and quotes).
    Ensure accuracy of all documents received from internal departments and external suppliers.
    Co-ordinate the whole process between departments.

    Other duties:

    Administration and filling of all departments.
    Managing and liaising with Suppliers.
    Updating and ensuring the Supplier contracts are up to date.
    Personal assistance to the directors (typing letters, reading contracts etc)
