  • Description


    - Good and sound knowledge of the LRA, Basic Conditions of Employment Act
    - Good knowledge of General HR Practices
    - At least 2 years experience with CCMA Matters (Conciliations, In- Limine proceedings, Arbitrations, Condonations etc)

    - Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in all aspects of disciplinary hearings

    - Suitable candidates must have above average administrative skills.

    - Experience in Employment Equity Submissions and all aspects of Employment Equity
    - Good track record at the CCMA with matters successfully finalized.
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Assertive, pro-active and the ability to function in a stressful environment
    - Own reliable transport
    - Must reside on East Rand
    - Fluent in English and Afrikaans
