  • A systems integrator company providing end-to-end fire and electronic
    security solutions, is looking for an HR Officer. DUTIES &
    RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO: Manging the full payroll cycle: CORE
    FUNCTION for now o Collating, processing and reporting o Submissions to
    required statutory bodies ie, DOL submission (UIF), Pension submission,
    SPIRA and SAQCC Recruitment: o Creating and positing job ads o Creating
    job descriptions o Screening and part of 1st line interviews o Liaising with
    recruiters o Setting up interviews and managing the full cycle till onboarding
    o Manage HR recruitment reporting database Training and development: o
    Booking of training o Liaising with training providers o Communicating with
    staff around training o Manging our training plan Administration: o Drafting
    offer letters and employment contracts o Coordinating all HR admin and
    ensure personnel file is 100% Up To Date at all times o Liaising with auditors
    for HR related requirements o Updating management reporting databases o
    Assist with admin around IR related matters Wellness: o Participating in
    wellness initiatives – advocate for Wellness o Communicating with staff
    around wellness initiatives o Coordinating logistics around wellness initiatives
    SKILLS, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE: Well-seasoned HR generalist with
    ability to grow with our rapid changing/growing organisation Strong payroll
    experience, preferably with Sage People300 system or VIP Excellent
    communication both written and verbal skills Strong reporting ability and can
    make sense of data Degree in related field, postgrad will be advantageous
    Strong interest and love for Technology STRONG attention to details, good
    with numbers, analytical and structured Resilient and ability to multitask
    Strong organisational fit: aligned to our values S.A.V.E (Service, Assurance,
    Value-added Solutions, Expertise) Take initiative and work both
    independently and within a team setting Preferably from a projects
    environment Strong with numbers and creative in approach Ability to work
    well under pressure and proven track record of excellence
