    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    HR and payroll administration
    Administrate employee entry, change and exit processes
    Handle high volumes of staff queries
    Implement and maintain accurate record-keeping systems
    Assist the payroll administrator as required
    Employment verification (confirmation of employment)
    Collect and process time keeping information
    Process and administrate transaction relating to leave, overtime and commissions
    Process IOD and UIF forms
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Gr 12
    HR Diploma or Certificate or related field
    3-4 Years’ experience in a corporate environment preferably within HR and Payroll environment
    SAGE 300 People experience is preferred
    - Experience relating to Benefits, Leave, payroll related administration a must - Highly skilled in Microsoft Office with sound knowledge of Excel and Word
