    Custodian of the Human Capital systems which includes reviewing current status, updating, configuring, improving and providing solutions to the Human Capital department and Business. The position will support all the Human Capital, Business processes and People analytics
    Further responsible for research and recommending system enhancements/new system to ensure cost efficiencies and an efficient user-friendly customer experience
    Key stakeholders the Human Capital Business Analyst will engage with are:

    Manage and control individual and relevant intervention, project and programme costs

    Develop and maintain good stakeholder relationships
    Deliver on internal and external stakeholder requirements/SLA’s

    Strategic Alignment
    Contribute to and deliver on Human Capital goals and activities aligned to strategy

    Initiative/ projects for continuous improvement
    Work closely with HC to understand business requirements and prepare business cases on appropriate technologies which will align to the HC strategies of the organisation
    Execute through successful implementation and testing
    Work collaboratively with HC and Analytics teams in the development and production of standard ad-hoc reports as well as ensure data availability for the HC analytics
    This will inform optimal business strategies based on historical performance, predictive analytics and scenario based analysis
    Strong experience with developing actionable management dashboards for HC
    Support and facilitate sessions for HC team members where applicable and provide input into the design/development of end user toolkits
    Assist in defining the HCM Solution Roadmap including scope, timeline, staffing, priorities, and cost / benefit model development, socializing, planning, and implementing an HCM Solution
    Monitors system functionality and performance to ensure standards are met
    Evaluate existing internal processes with the intent of identifying anomalies, recommending enhancement opportunities, analysing and troubleshooting system related issues through the application of root-cause analysis
    Providing solutions to immediate issues and creating or enhancing the existing processes in consultation with business
    Test and work closely with the Project Manager on System Testing activities and User Acceptance Testing
    Lead and participate in the review, testing and implementation of HC system releases, determine impact, participate in regression testing for new system features and communication of changes/benefits to end users
    Research and participate in resolving issues where answers are unknown and implement those solutions
    Will be required to work with employees, the HRIS vendors and other HC Technology vendors in integrating and maximizing HRIS functionality
    Construct business context diagrams and use cases to identify system and process impacts
    Conduct joint application development sessions to create and review analysis models, determine current and future process flows, and gather and validate requirements
    Gather data delivery and reporting requirements from stakeholders and perform data analysis and provide assistance with reporting design and creation
    Work with HC Compliance Specialists to validate content and accuracy of data used in regulatory filings and related audits
    Coordinated communications and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders

    Compliance: Comply with relevant policies & procedures, regulation and legislation
    Risk: Identify, mitigate and escalate risks appropriately

    Skills Transfer and Support
    Mentor team members to ensure skills transfer and contribute to a positive team culture
    Ensure self and team stay abreast of technical skills and industry developments

    A Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
    Certificate in business analysis (BA)
    Proficient in MS Office

    Project management certificate/diploma
    SME qualification (HR)
    SQL Query

    5 years’ experience in business analysis or any information technology
    Business management acumen and experience
    Project management experience
    Systems related experience (exposure to technology projects and tools)

    Functional knowledge of HC value chain and processes
    Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage
    Ability to extract and manipulate large amounts of data
    Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and planning/follow-up skills
    Strong math skills and attention to detail, vigilant in analysis to come to correct conclusions
    Implementation of multiple projects with different deadlines under pressure
    Knowledge of methodologies and practices for developing and delivering end user training
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
