  • A thriving company in the Gaming/ Hospitality industry have a great job opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated, and driven Human Resource Manager to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg. The Human Resource Manager will be accountable for all both HR and Payroll functions within the group
    Your key job responsibilities as the Human Resource Manager in Johannesburg will include:
    - HR – To develop, recommend ad administer approved policies and procedures in human resources, employee relations and related issues, consistent with business strategic plans, objectives ad priorities
    - Payroll – To ensure all payroll related functions are carried out at optimum standard in accordance with company policies, procedures and work practices as well as meet all statutory compliance dictated by various governing bodies
    - General HR administration
    - Recruitment
    - Training and Development
    - Performance Management
    - Industrial/ Employee Relations
    - Employee Wellbeing
    - Skills Development
    - Payroll functions
    - HR Branch visits and or inspections
    - Application of relevant labour law and other legislation in workflows, duties, processes and procedures
    - Perform other related duties as and when required
    Requirements for this Human Resource Manager job in Johannesburg:
    - Grade 12/ National Senior Certificate
    - Minimum 3 year Bcom Degree or equivalent
    - 7-9 years HR and Payroll Experience
    - 3-5 years’ management experience
    - Experience in a Group Management role
    - Sound knowledge of HR and Finance policies, procedures and principles
    - Sound legislative knowledge (in theory and practice)
    - Experience within the Gaming Industry (advantageous)
    - Sage People, ESS and Pastel Evolution experience
