    To work in partnership with business
    leaders as a real business player,
    contributing to the development of the

    which clearly contributes to Group EP
    Take a proactive role in the
    development of the Group People
    Strategy and lead the implementation of
    this and other major change, within
    business areas. Drive leadership teams
    through the interpretation of the Group�€�s

    action and plans that are aligned to the
    Goal�€�s of the Group and the business
    area and which drive and embed lasting

    _ An A-Player will have an excellent understanding of the strategic framework,
    business objectives and the customers we serve.
    _ He/she combines this with a unique understanding of the people perspective,
    focusing on the greatest value at stake activities to deliver solutions aligned to the
    business needs, objectives & bottom-line.
    Acts as a Change Agent
    He/she constantly challenges the business to look beyond the status quo by proactively
    monitoring and interpreting internal (EOS) and external (market) trends
    and using these to define & deliver HR solutions that align the culture & behaviours
    of the organisation to ensure the delivery of business goals �€� ensuring that we
    serve our customers brilliantly & that we beat our competition.

    _ Makes a real & measurable impact on the business, always meeting & exceeding
    business expectations in delivering a HR Service.
    _ An A-Player gets the basics right and maintains accountability & responsibility for
    the end-to-end delivery of HR Solutions (either through self or others):
    - Resourcing, Development, Organisational
    Education: Degree Industial Psych �€�
    Honours in HR preferred
    Experience: 5 �€� 8 years experience
    Ability to travel (own transport required)
