    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Human Resource Development / Human Resource related qualification

    No previous work experience;

    No criminal record or negative credit record;

    Unemployed youth between 18-35 years of age;

    Be willing to commit for 6 months;

    Be available to perform duties in terms of the internship agreement;

    Participate in all learning and work experience required by the internship programme;

    Certified copies of the relevant qualifications and academic/statements of results including matric.

    Excellent communication(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills;

    Excellent planning, organising and control skills

    Positive attitude;

    Internal customer focused

    Ability to identify problems and suggest workable solutions;

    Resilience and ability to work under pressure;

    Deadline driven;

    Meticulous and attention to detail;

    Self-motivated;

    Flexibility and commitment to learn;

    Microsoft Office Skills;

    Must have a theoretical understanding of basic South African legislation that governs elements of the Human Resource field, including inter alia some or all of the following: Skills Development / Employment Equity/B-BBEE/OHS;

    High standards of honesty, confidentiality and integrity.

    The successful Intern will gain exposure in the below Key Performance Areas

    Skills / Training & Development

    HR Administration

    Recruitment & Selection

    Industrial / Labour Relations

    Employment Equity

    Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE)

    Occupational Health & Safety
