  • ICT Administrative Co-ordinator (Service Desk – Medical Scheme - Pretoria

    The ICT Service Desk Administrative Co-ordinator (Service Desk) will report directly to the ICT Service Manager and forms part of the ICT Division.

    Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
     Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
     Provide administrative support to Internal and External SLA/OLA
     Monitor and report end to end SLA/OLA performance of agreements
     Monitor and Report on Project monitoring and reporting – track and advise on project related metrics
     Produce monthly SLA meetings and track action items
     Prepare monthly project reports
     Assist with the development of ICT processes and procedures documents
     Conduct and report on end user satisfaction surveys
     Assist in procurement of ICT software, hardware and associated peripherals
     Create request for quotations and Terms of reference where applicable
     Effectively manage ICT Assets through Configuration Management Data Base
     Assist in user training

    Qualification requirements are:
     National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent (NQF 6)
     Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an ICT environment
     Good understanding of Personal Computers, peripheral devices and currently Microsoft applications and technologies
     Experience in working with a diverse range of operating systems and applications, as well as service desk management applications
     Good understanding of ITIL Processes
     Experience in the healthcare funding/medical Scheme industry will be advantageous
     Strong analytical and problem solving skills
     Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
     Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
     Excellent communication and writing skills
     Experience in the healthcare funding/medical scheme industry would be advantageous.
