    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
    · A thorough understanding of all aspects of insurance and interpretation of policy documentation
    · Experience with the following systems: Excel (advanced), Word, SAP, Outlook
    · Previous management experience in an insurance environment
    · A sound accounting knowledge
    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
    · High customer service standards
    · Analytical ability
    · Planning and organising skills and a high attention to detail
    · The ability to work independently and to operate under pressure
