Note, there is obviously the aspect of billing customers when they make use of a service so you would need to know about this as well.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    Matric
    1+ Year’ customer services experience within a Call Center/Billing environment
    1 year technical and desktop customer services experience
    Excel experience (basic)
    Excellent verbal & written communication skills – English and Afrikaans
    Willing to work shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
    A+ and N+ Certificate or similar qualification
    Reliable transport

    Ideal requirements:

    Exposure to a Customer Service Scoring system (e.g. Net Promotor Score)

    Provide support to Webafrica Customer billing, technical and connectivity related queries via e-mail, telephonically, and instant messenger.
    Meeting email and call Targets.
    Router (incl wireless) configuration
    IS business DSL support
    Customer account management:
    Updating Customer records
    Account activations/cancellations
    Account payment management
    Advising Customers on account balances
    Account reconciliations
    Credit and debit note management
    Provide support to Web Africa end users via the phone, using remote desktop services or in person, and resolve IT support problems in a timely manner
    Answering of help desk telephone calls and ensuring that all ADSL support calls are logged correctly.
    Troubleshooting connectivity problems
    Technical support on mobile devices
    Reporting line related problems
    Email and DNS support
    Email to fax configuration
    Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) (specific duties)

    The position includes but is not limited to the above KPA’s
