  • A corporate client is seeking an Intern Personal Assistant Intern: Group Company Secretary
    Period: Uninterrupted on a Fixed Term Contract from February 2018 & January 2019
    • Remuneration R6 500 per month
    • Must be between the ages of **-** and have Matric and a secretarial diploma
    Fluent in English.
    • Not already or previously funded by another Inseta Internship funded programme.
    In this position you work closely with Company Secretary and his Personal Assistant.
    Perform administrative tasks :
    • Assist with compiling Board packs or loading documents electronically for Board members
    • Ensure manager is equipped with necessary documentation for meetings
    • Typing of documents/minutes
    • Assist with payment of invoices
    • Provide manager with information/policies to resolve queries
    • Assistance with office supplies where needed
    • Support with managing office infrastructure and services
    Perform secretarial duties
    • Manage calls from stakeholders
    • Assistance with all logistics of special events/meetings etc.
    • Language editing support
    • Arrangement of video/tele conferences
    • Assist with presentations
    • Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements
