Requirements

• Completed Grade 12

• A+ & N+ or similar IT related qualification

• Advanced Excel & Word skills

• 1 – 2 years practical IT experience

• Exp in setting up networks, servers & workstations is beneficial

• Basic system administration skills

• Understanding of hardware, operating systems (Linux or Windows)

• Network & monitoring experience

Duties

• Operation of network & system monitoring for clients according to SLA

• Act on alarms & commands on monitors

• Perform system admin tasks

• Health checks & compilation of different reports (QA, Unit, Standard & Stress reports)

• Offer 1st line support

• Patch and/or fix release testing

• Maintain RT system

• Minimum education level: Grade 12 /N4 (Matric)
• 1 year of experience
