Untapped Connectivity is a bespoke business driven to improve connectivity throughout South Africa. Your role will require the following:

- Firm knowledge on voice over IP

- Firm Computer knowledge, CMD… etc

- Lte and Rain Routers, installation and setup of router and sim cards

- Telecoms management and knowledge

- Fast learner of any additional requirements

- Managing systems and documents to port client over from existing telecoms ISP to the 3CX voice platform

- Advance experience working with 3cx

- Managing clients issues remotely

- Client relations

*The employee must reside in surrounding areas of cape town as they will be responsible for their own transport (Vehicle required) and transport costs

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Diploma /Bachelor's/ N6
• 2 years of experience
• Driver's license: B
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
