  • Description


  • HR Analyst with tertiary qualification and minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR analysis, monthly reporting and administrative duties, required for company in the Financial Sector, based in Bellville, Cape Town.

    Minimum requirements:

    · Tertiary qualification – Diploma or Degree required

    · Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR analysis, monthly reporting and HR Administration essential

    · Ability to analyse and evaluate HR issues and experience in researching and reading data and reports required

    · Experience in Financial Service industry preferred

    · Software – MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint essential

    Responsibilities:

    · Support HR Operations and Reporting Manager with analytics, monthly reporting and administration

    · Analyse and present data and reports, identifying errors and advise on solution

    · Identify and resolve various HR issues and working with the HR team

    · Assist with job audits and HR investigations and stakeholder liaison

    · Creating and delivering specialised presentations

    · Review employee and candidate data and processing data into HR Database

    · Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

    · Health and Safety reporting and compliance across business

    · Ensure HT website and portals are updated

    · Loading recruitment adverts and content on digital platforms
