    A world class, 5* lodge in the Sabi Sands is looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to assist with the management of the kithchen, including supervising and training junior staff, preparing food in line with set standards, controlling of stock and ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to. Must have tertiary culinary training with at least 5 years' experience in a medium sized 5* kitchen. International exposure will be beneficial. Must be creative and innovative with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on in a remote area.
