  • Responsabilities:
    Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
    Managing senior key accounts as well as developing and implementing strategies of a diverse portfolio, calling on the personal care, food and chemical manufacturing industries.
    Ensuring sales targets and objectives are met within the allocated region according to the company's strategy.
    Identifying new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
    Supplying sales forecasts and reporting to Senior Management and ensuring profit margin levels are maintained.
    Arranging regular client meetings to solicit feedback on product performance, market trending, profitability and partnered approaches and compiling the necessary visit reports.
    Compiling quotations and following-up on orders as well as updating prices etc.
    Ensuring that the company standards are upheld at all times.
    Work closely with all departments such as supply chain, technical and sales using optimal resources to position the product and ensuring that set policies, procedures and company standards are adhered to.
    Preparing for the annual portfolio budget covering sales volume, value and gross profit to ensure that the sales teams' activities are planned and aligned.
    Managing and reviewing a monthly updated annual financial forecast based on the latest demand forecast from sales and ensuring accurate forecasting for the product portfolio.
    Minimum matric.
    Ideally must have previous chemical / food raw materials sales experience.
    Previous food sales experience is essential with a proven sales track record.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
