  • An exciting opportunity exists for a Key Accounts Consultant in the Style team of a manufacturing and distribution company that specialises in customised framing and wall décor products. The ideal candidate would be passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The position is based in Johannesburg West.
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Ensure sales targets are achieved according to strategic key accounts selling
    • Effectively promote entire product range, with a focus on corporate level clients
    • Understand Key Customer overall needs, pricing needs, product needs, opposition positioning and buying potential per product group
    • Building of effective relationships with customer base resulting in growth per individual customer
    • Identify objections with customers and successfully overcome objections to ensure product range growth with customer
    • Maintain, control, and grow existing and new customer base
    • Ensure turnover, gross profit and volume targets per product group are achieved in line of budgets and targets
    • Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan that meets the needs of the company’s strategic plan (per customer / product)
    • Ensure customer research is conducted on a regular basis to fit in with market competition and growth strategy
    • Ensure high service delivery
