    This position will have thorough understanding of the Sinoprima Business Group customer base within the assigned territory either Tanzania or Zambia or The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). You will manage relationships and drive sales revenue to identified key end users in conjunction with our strategic retail channel partners. There are three Key Accounts Manager roles, each based in either Tanzania or Zambia or The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
    This includes maintaining and enhancing the Sinotec relationship and product breadth within these identified accounts by;
    identifying key decision makers at C level and develop key client relationships
    developing and planning account and product strategies
    negotiate and close opportunities
    maintain total customer satisfaction
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Integral to this role is the ability to collaborate with distribution, channel partners, internal account managers, supply chain, operations, marketing departments and most importantly the Retail Channel. The Retail Channel will include but not be limited to large consumer electronic stores and large retail outlets that sell consumer electronics.
    The overall objective is to drive a greater awareness and acceptance of Sinotec�€�s full product portfolio into strategic partnerships while achieving sales targets across Sinotec�€�s product categories.  
    You will identify, develop, maintain, and leverage key decision maker/ C level relationships within key strategic end-customers.
    You will manage relationships and drive sales revenue to identified key end users in conjunction with our strategic B2B channel partners.
    Responsible for creating and delivering compelling sales presentations
    Develop and maintain partnerships between the company and partners through the management of sales process, negotiation of contracts and ongoing technical support relationships
    Report on all sales activity and provide assessment of revenue opportunity along with model and unit forecast.
    Maintain working knowledge of Consumer Electronics and White goods products (3D, SMART, LED and LCD television panels as well as home theatre systems, HiFi�€�s, portable DVD players, car audio, DVD players, portable radios, MP3 players, refrigerators, washing machines and microwaves) as well as business market trends.
    Perform long range planning to increase product placement, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long term results and achievement of assigned sales targets
    Work independently and travel up to 50% of the time.
    Regular Store visits whilst conducting training in-store
    Ensure products are on display and working at all times
    Maintain displays stock in store and management of stock levels
    Sales analysis by store / sales channel
    Be involved with merchandising team for Key Accounts
    Arrange in store promotions and trade show visits
    Price management and implementation
    Experience Required:
    A degree of business qualification
    A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the CONSUMER ELECTRONICS environment
    You must have worked in a Business Development, Key Accounts or Sales Management role
    Must possess a strong knowledge of industry products and market intelligence
    You must have sold to key decision makers at the leading Consumer Electronic Stores or Retail outlets in your country
    You must be either a citizen or permanent resident in either Tanzania or Zambia or The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). There are three KAM roles
