  • Key performance areas:
    Delivery of training, coaching and facilitation
    Conduct an organisational training needs analysis and develop reporting of such
    Learner assessment results
    Adherence to time frames and deadlines
    Successful training project implementation
    Planning and logistics for training
    Training reporting according to Seta and BBBEE
    Feedback from managers on the ROI
    Design and development of training documentation
    Feedback from customers on the quality and relevance of the documentation
    Correct sign off and pilot of training documentation before use
    Number of training documentation and communication set out
    Number of training manuals/info sheets designed and deployed
    Alignment of the training material to Seta standards
    Number of Assessment Questions designed and development for a programme
    Lesson plans, presentations and Quick Reference Guides designed for each programme
    Accurate alignment of training documentation according to business specify requirements
    Support and facilitate learning and training needs in all regions and branches
    Complete a needs analysis for each branch/region and internal departments
    Design a training plan for all branches /regions and internal departments
    Successfully implement business projects for branches / regions and internal departments
    Support and manage (up skill) the delivery of training for branch/regional trainers
    Provide accurate reporting for branch and regional projects and training
    Training admin, project management, training proposals
    Ensure that all training sessions have registers, venue checklists and learner disabilities checklists
    Attend meetings with all customers - i.e. Executives, Managers, Supervisors, Team leaders and Human Capital on a monthly basis
    Write comprehensive training proposals
    Write project plans for the implementation of training
    Ensure reports are accurate and project deadlines are met
    Minimum requirements:
    Matric with L&D related qualification
    3-5 years / equivalent L&D experience
    Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advance)
    Facilitator Qualification NQF Level 4 or higher
    Assessor Qualification NQF Level 4 or higher
    ODEDTP Diploma or equivalent would be beneficial
    Competencies:

    Planning and organising
    Ability to relate well with people at all levels
    Attention detail
    Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

    Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing industry
    Additional Requirements:
    Driver’s license (minimum 1 year)
    Must be willing to travel
