5  years’ experience with proven track record within a 5* Game Lodge environment

Hotel Management Diploma or Degree

Full control of total management of 5* Game Lodge

Strong management couple who have experience in :

Front of House Department

Food & Beverage Department

Lodge Administration & Operations Management

Excellent Guest Relations skills

Excellent staff relation skills

Communicate with guests from different walks of life ; cultures, and social backgrounds

Be guest-centric ensuring great experiences

Must be proven & experienced in managing, training, cost control and have strong administrative skills

Relationship building, with staff, guests, the community, the industry.

Good interpersonal skills and communication with staff and guests

Computer and financial skill

Effective leadership & management skills

Salary highly negotiable  including accommodation and company benefits.
