    My client based in the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve in Mpumalanga is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to act as 2IC to the Head Chef. Must have tertiary culinary qualification with at least 3 years' experience working a lodge environment (preferable in a 5* environment). Must have good communication skills; be creative; passionate and a team player. Single live in position with accommodation offered on site. Working a 36 days on / 12 days off cycle.
