  • Logistics Admin Controller

    Minimum requirements:
    • Grade 12, Tertiary qualification or diploma in Logistics and or Supply Chain will an advantage
    • At least 2 years (minimum) working experience in a similar logistics role
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Analytical and numerical skills
    • Knowledge of the logistics export industry e.g. logistics documentation and Inco Terms used
    • Attention to detail
    • Good Administration skills
    • Strong Business Acumen
    • Be able to work under pressure
    • Good communication skills (written & verbal) Afrikaans & English

    • Capture data on internal software system
    • Manage the flow of export documentation with suppliers and clients
    • Execute on stock management on a daily basis
    • Generate statements and invoices on a weekly basis
    • Tracking of shipments and shipping documentation
    • Compile weekly management reports
    • Book containers with our service providers
    • General administration duties (filling, answering of the telephone)
    • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
