  • Description

  • Duties:
    - Assist with the invoicing of the products on a daily basis
    - Ability to use the tracking software as a tool to manage the deliveries
    - General Administration for Stores and Distribution
    - Responsible for running the day to day office and admin requirements
    - Assist with accurate weekly and monthly stock takes
    - Ensure all PPE and ISO procedures are implemented, documented and maintained
    - Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer service relationships.
    - Maintaining an excellent standard of housekeeping in the office and green areas.
    - Assist with staff and general queries
    - Assist with stock takes
    - Matric
    - Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12
    - Have at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative type position
    - Have at least 2 years in a stores and distribution environment
    - Excellent computer skills, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level in Excel)
    - Excellent English communication skills (speak, read and write)
    - SAP experience advantageous
