Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
Offloading of bulk raw materials
Citric and M163 make up
Operating of bulk and or sheet filter
Operating of Centec Blender
Draw samples and submit to lab
Hunter’s- and Savanna Sweetening make up
QC additions
Transfers
Housekeeping
Caustic make-up
CIP of all cellar equipment and lines
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
Grade 12 or equivalenr
1 – 2 years’ experience as a general worker in a Cellars environment
Physically healthy and strong.
Ability to work on heights and confined spaces
Ability to work under pressure.
A forklift licence will be considered beneficial
Must be able to work with little to no supervision
Willingness to work overtime and over weekends
Willingness to work shifts, especially night shift
