  • Descritption:
    Establishes and maintains office files, contracts, control records and other information in connection with the role and department
    Develops methods, forms/templates, material, procedures etc. and makes recommendations for improving efficiencies, existing processes and documents.
    Briefs manager on matters to be considered before meetings and on problems and issues affecting the manger's area of responsibility
    Coordinates the administrative support activities for the division; ensuring that all administrative and compliance duties are fulfilled including activities such as:
    copying, distributing mail, performing simple calculations and maintaining records and files following standard procedures
    Provides administration back-up to the Sales and Marketing team. May assist with the compilation of presentation material.
    Skills:
    2 Year Administrative Assistant/ Secretarial / Management Assistant Diploma - NQF Level 5
    Legal secretarial experience will be an added advantage.
    Computer literate - Intermediate MS Office Suite
    Literate and good numeracy skills
    Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    Data-entry experience and good typing skills
    Multi-lingual.
    Minimum of 5 years secretarial experience.
