* Achieve all targets for his/her department safely.

* Ensure safely and production targets are mend at all times.

* To perform safety and risk Assessment at the working place to prevent accidents and incidents.

* Maintain discipline of workforce.

* Control and manage labour compliant under his/her supervision.

Physical Requirements : 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements

* Grade 12

* Fiery Mine blasting Certificate / Metalliferous Blasting Ticket

* Gas Testing Certificate Compulsory

* Flameproof Certificate Advantageous

* Competent A Certificate

* Valid Driver's License

* Valid First Aid Certificate Advantageous

* Minimum 1 years post certificate experience

* Antracite mining experience advantageous
