    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
    Establish strong working relationships with key Personnel supported to ensure the implementation of project M&E activities, in collaboration with program staff and counterparts at all levels.
    Assist in planning and implementing systems for data collection, storage, analysis, and use
    Support the ongoing data management of VMMC data in the project database (e.g. VMMC Enterprise system) including DHIS.
    Work closely with the project M&E Team to facilitate all M&E capacity-building activities; support the training/mentoring at VMMC sites on data collection tools and processes, indicators, data use, data quality assurance and reporting.
    Undertaking visits to program sites as needed to support, mentor data collection/collation, verify/validate data, conduct data quality assessments and implement interventions.
    Assist in preparation of daily site reporting, and weekly, monthly & quarterly data reports and contribute to other required technical reports
    Prepare data for and write reports capturing program results, success stories, challenges and lessons learned, including timely reporting to the DOH and URC.
    Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) related activities including support to research studies/surveys/ evaluations planned by the project.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    Required Experience & Qualifications
    An appropriate degree (or equivalent) in Health, Social, Statistics, Information or in related/relevant field.
    2-3 Years’ experience in a similar position
    Good understanding of HIV/AIDS program particularly VMMC.
    Demonstrable experience in performing data analysis and interpreting results correctly
    Strong computer skills particularly in spreadsheets and data management skills.
    Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
    A valid driver’s license (code 8)
    Demonstrated knowledge of M&E, practices and research methods is desired
    Familiarity with PEPFAR or other donor-funded projects including DOH protocols also desirable
